It didn't really take that much extra time. and once you do the Vista upgrade, the XP key is disabled. You can't upgrade to Vista if XP was hosed. You can't downgrade back to XP. Now that is asinine. I'm sure it's quite legal, since that's what the upgrade license agreement surely says, but it's dumb nonetheless.

Since I upgraded to Vista Home Premium (Dutch), Vista doesn't see my pvr150. (Not a clean, fresh install, but pure upgrade) If I force to install my card by choosing hardware -> add older, I see the blue screen of death and I have to reboot in safe mode and disable the PVR.
